This page explains how we use the details you give us when you request a survey. The controller is Dryzen Ltd, reachable at hello@dryzen.co.uk.
The information you put in the survey form (name, contact details, postcode, property details and your message), or that you send by phone, email or WhatsApp.
To contact you about your survey, to design and quote a system, and to carry out and service an installation. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at hello@dryzen.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@dryzen.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
